This version of the PowerLIFT is powered by your choice of Dewalt 20v or Milwaukee M18 battery packs. Please specify when ordering!

If you do not specify which tool system in your order notes, Dewalt will be assumed.  Contact me for changes.

Due to the low power of this system, it is currently not compatible with the PowerFEED upgrade. This may change in the future with further testing, but at this time it is not being offered as an expandable system.

All tool battery versions do not have an external power socket as it would be blocked by the tool battery.

Simple Bolt-On Installation

Designed to be as simple of an installation process as possible, no permanent modification to your sawmill is required. You can remove the system at any time and return to stock crank handle operation. For installation, simply disassemble the crank handle assembly, mount the bracket, and install associated hardware. Installation takes approximately 15 minutes!

 

Basic "Lift Mode"

A traditional up/down positioning mode which will adjust the saw height up or down in even set measurements. By default the display will show 1/64" increments of your movements. You can change the increment display in settings. Holding the up or down switch will provide continuous adjustment.

 

"Bump" Mode

Position the saw for accurate board sizes. You are able to set your desired board thickness and lower the blade to your set dimension with a single click. A single up-click will return you immediately back to zero. Bump range can be adjusted up to 6" per bump.

 

Slack Compensation

"Bump" Mode also offers Slack Compensation, which will accommodate cable slack that can be introduced into the cable-lift system on Woodland Mills saws. Every "Bump" move will include a configurable slack compensation move, which will lower the saw further and raise back up to your set bump increment.

Kerf Compensation

Set your blade thickness and kerf will automatically be applied during bump modes. If you bump down twice for a double-thick board, the kerf will only be applied once to ensure the accuracy of the cut.

 

Field Upgradable

As more features become available, firmware updates can be performed wirelessly with a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Don't hesitate to contact us for feature addition ideas, we're open to suggestions.

This is a direct bolt-on fit for HM130, and HM126. HM130(without Electric Start) & HM126 owners: THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!
