A complete package that starts with the Power-Lift, but also adds Power-Feed too! Both are included in this package as the PowerFeed is controlled by the PowerLift system.

Simple Bolt-On Installation

Just like the Power-Lift, the Power-Feed system is also designed to be as simple of an installation process as possible. No permanent modification to your sawmill is required. You can remove the system at any time and return to stock crank handle operation. For installation, simply disassemble the crank handle assembly, mount the bracket, and install associated hardware.

Installation takes approximately 45 minutes!

Wireless Control and Remote Display

Included with the Power-Feed add-on, is a Wireless Remote Control that also includes a display to remotely show Lift and Feed functions in real-time. All Power-Feed functions are performed using the remote. The integrated battery has a lifespan of at least 8 hours and is USB rechargeable. The wireless range is exceptional and far exceeds the distance an operator should be from the sawmill during operation. Connection drop safeties are in place and your sawmill will enter a Safety-Lock mode if the connection is ever unstable, causing the engine to throttle down and any feed/lift movements to stop immediately.


Adjustable and Responsive

Speed adjustments for travel moves and cutting moves are independent and adjustable during operation. This allows the operator to fine tune the cut as the saw travels through the log. As soon as the blade is stopped, travel speed resumes for movement. When the blade is in motion, any forward movement will engage 'cut speed'. Cut and Travel speeds can be adjusted within the settings menu without requiring actual movement to adjust ahead of time. While the saw is in motion, the speeds for each are continuously adjustable as displayed during the movement.

Power, Torque, and more Power!

This thing is a beast! I'm not a small guy by any means, and I can't hold it back when it's wanting to go. Although not advised, it is definitely capable of powering through a log with a dull blade. I definitely recommend keeping a sharp blade in operation. But it can power through, it's got plenty of power to push me out of the way.

Throttle Control

What good is chasing the saw to hold the throttle down? No good whatsoever! Included with the Power-Feed system is a bolt-on throttle control which replaces your hand throttle completely. simply swap out the manual cable for the cable that is pre-attached to the throttle control module and let the Power-Feed system control your throttle for you from the comfort of the wireless remote control!

Modular!

The Power-Feed system connects directly to the Power-Lift system to provide a complete Lift & Feed solution seamlessly from the included Wireless Remote Control.

Field Upgradable

As more features become available, firmware updates can be performed wirelessly with a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Don't hesitate to contact us for feature addition ideas, we're open to suggestions.

Compatibility

This is a direct bolt-on fit for HM136MAX, HM130MAX and HM130. Although it is possible to install on an HM126, and external battery without a charging system will have a difficult time keeping up with the power requirements of feeding through a log during a cut. If an HM126 owner chooses to install the Power-Feed, a carriage mounted battery holder will be available for mounting your user-supplied battery. No representation to battery life is being made for HM126 installations.
